This site collects very little, and none of it is sold, shared or used to build a profile of you. Here is the whole picture.
Who is responsible
Christoffer Kittel AB (559505-7190), independent design and product consultancy, Stockholm, Sweden. I am the data controller for everything described here.

What I collect
If you use the enquiry form on the thought partnership page: your email address, the message you write, and your answers to the “Is this for you?” questions if you answered them. The answers come with the message so I have some context before replying.
If you just read the site: page views only, through Vercel Web Analytics. No cookies are set, nothing follows you to other sites, and no attempt is made to work out who you are. You can exclude your own visits at /opt-out.
Why, and on what legal basis
The form exists so I can read your enquiry and reply to it. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. If we do not end up working together, my basis for keeping the correspondence is legitimate interest in answering the people who write to me.
Analytics runs on legitimate interest in knowing which work people are interested in. It handles no personal data, which is also why this site has no cookie banner.
Who else handles it
Resend delivers the email. Their servers for this account are in Ireland, so your message stays in the EU, and a Data Processing Agreement is in place. A copy of each email also sits in their logs for their own retention period.
Vercel hosts the site and provides the analytics. Neither company sells your data or uses it for their own purposes.
How long I keep it
Enquiries are kept for 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted. If we start working together, our correspondence is kept for as long as the work and any accounting obligations require.
Analytics data is aggregate only and holds nothing that identifies you.
Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. You can also object to my keeping it, or ask me to restrict what I do with it. Email hello@christofferkittel.com and I will act within a month.
If you are not happy with how I have handled your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.
